One-Two PicklePoint 隱私權政策

One-Two PicklePoint（以下稱「本 App」）是一款匹克球計分工具。我們重視你的隱私，本政策說明本 App 如何處理（或不處理）你的資料。

1. 我們不蒐集任何個人資料

本 App 不會向開發者或任何第三方傳送任何資料。所有比賽分數、隊伍名稱、自訂顏色、背景圖片等設定，皆儲存在你的裝置本機，不會上傳至雲端或外部伺服器。

2. 系統權限說明

本 App 會在你使用特定功能時，向系統申請以下權限：

• 相簿存取（Photo Library）：當你選擇自訂隊伍背景圖時使用。所選圖片僅在你的裝置本機處理與儲存，不會離開裝置。
• 本地網路（Local Network）：當你啟用多裝置同步計分時使用。資料僅在同一區域網路內的裝置之間直接傳遞，不經由開發者伺服器或網際網路。

3. Apple Watch 同步

本 App 與其搭配的 Apple Watch App 透過 Apple 提供的 WatchConnectivity 框架在配對的 iPhone 與 Watch 之間傳遞比分狀態。此資料僅在你個人的兩台裝置之間流動。

4. 第三方服務、廣告與分析

本 App 不包含任何第三方廣告、分析、追蹤或行銷 SDK。

5. 兒童隱私

本 App 並未專為 13 歲以下兒童設計，亦未蒐集任何兒童個資。

6. 政策變更

本政策若有更新，將於本頁面公告，並更新「最後更新」日期。

One-Two PicklePoint Privacy Policy

One-Two PicklePoint (the "App") is a pickleball scoring tool. This policy explains how the App handles (or does not handle) your information.

1. We collect no personal data

The App does not transmit any data to the developer or any third party. All game scores, team names, custom colors, background images, and settings are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud or external servers.

2. System permissions

The App requests the following system permissions only when specific features are used:

• Photo Library: requested when you choose a custom team background image. The image is processed and stored only on your device.
• Local Network: requested when you enable multi-device score sync. Data is transferred directly between devices on the same local network, never via the developer's servers or the internet.

3. Apple Watch sync

The App and its companion Apple Watch app exchange score state between the paired iPhone and Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This data remains strictly between your own two devices.

4. Third-party services, ads, and analytics

The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or marketing SDKs.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect any personal information from children.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy is updated, the change will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
